Andrew Saalfrank News: Sent to Triple-A

The Diamondbacks assigned Saalfrank to Triple-A Reno on Tuesday, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Saalfrank was initially sent to the rookie-level Arizona Complex League upon being reinstated from the ineligible list June 5 after serving a year-long suspension. He now returns to Reno, where he posted a 2.63 ERA and 1.12 WHIP in 24 innings over 18 appearances last season before he was suspended.
