Robert Stephenson Injury: Hopes to be ready for opener
Stephenson (shoulder) said Tuesday that he believes he'll be ready for Opening Day, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
He threw another bullpen session Monday after showing up to camp behind schedule due to a nerve issue and thoracic outlet syndrome symptoms he experienced this offseason. Since signing a three-year, $33 million deal with the Angels following the 2023 season, Stephenson has been limited to just 12 appearances with the club.
