Ryan Ritter News: Resting Saturday

Ritter isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Angels, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

After tallying a base hit in each of his last two games, Ritter will take a seat to begin Saturday's contest. Tyler Freeman will take over as Colorado's second baseman, allowing Yanquiel Fernandez to start as the DH.
