Cam Collier

21-Year-Old Third Baseman3B
Cincinnati Reds AA
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Collier, who underwent left thumb surgery in mid-March last year, was activated June 3 for High-A Dayton and then quickly promoted to Double-A, as he had already mastered High-A to close 2024. The thumb issue appeared to sap Collier's power, as he hit 20 homers in 119 games in 2024 and had four homers in 95 games last year, with just two of those coming in 74 games at Double-A. He hit one home run with a .368 OBP in 22 Arizona Fall League games, and the continued lack of power in that hitter-friendly environment is a bit concerning. Given that Collier's plate skills improved as the season went on, and that he has shown plus raw power as a teenager in the past, it wouldn't be surprising to see him bounce back after a fully healthy offseason and spring training. The lefty-hitting first baseman should split his age-21 season between Double-A and Triple-A. Read Past Outlooks
