Rincones, who was added to the Phillies' 40-man roster this winter, has a chance to emerge as a strong-side platoon corner outfielder in 2026. Known for his monster raw power, the lefty-hitting Rincones had an .873 OPS against righties and a .323 OPS against lefties at Triple-A in 2025. His 22.5 percent strikeout rate was a career-best mark in full-season ball and it came in his first exposure to Triple-A pitching, which eases concerns about his hit tool translating at the highest level. Rincones moves well for his 6-foot-3, 225-pound frame, and he stole 21 bases on 26 tries last year, so he could chip in double-digit steals over a full season. It wouldn't be surprising if 2026 was an uneven year for Rincones as he potentially shuttles between Triple-A and the majors, but he turns 25 this spring, so he's theoretically entering his prime.
