Juneiker Caceres

18-Year-Old OutfielderOF
Cleveland Guardians A
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Two big marks in Caceres favor are the strength of his hit tool and his ability to perform against older competition. The lefty-hitting outfielder logged a 140 wRC+ as a 16-year-old in the Dominican Summer League in 2024 and a 139 wRC+ as a 17-year-old in the Arizona Complex League in 2025. He earned a promotion to Single-A at the end of July -- a rarity for a 17-year-old wrapping up his complex league season -- and was better than league average (103 wRC+) in 30 games. Caceres has only hit four home runs in 110 career games, but he's a career .296 hitter with a .396 OBP and 16 steals while always being among the youngest, if not the youngest, player in his league. His 13.1 percent strikeout rate at Single-A was his worst mark to date, so he projects to be a special contact hitter. His lack of power is partly due to his inexperience and partly due to hitting too many balls on the ground, but he hits the ball hard enough and has a good enough hit tool to reasonably project for 20-homer power at peak. Just an average runner, Caceres fits best in left field and his steals will be more the product of good instincts and high on-base percentages than pure foot speed. He has a high floor and could contribute enough across the board to be a coveted fantasy option. Read Past Outlooks
