Adou Thiero News: Makes return in garbage time

Thiero (knee) played the final 9:48 of Tuesday's 136-108 loss to the Spurs, finishing with three points (1-1 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and one block.

After Thiero had been sidelined since late December while recovering from an MCL sprain, the Lakers were able to ease the rookie second-round pick back into the mix with a late-game cameo in garbage time during the blowout. Thiero possesses a spot on the Lakers' 15-man roster, but since he's unlikely to be a regular part of the NBA rotation, he could make frequent trips to the G League's South Bay Lakers in order to pick up playing time.
