Hason Ward News: Waived by Boston

The Celtics waived Ward on Saturday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Ward is now expected to join Boston's G League affiliate, the Maine Celtics. He appeared in 50 outings with Maine in 2024-25, during which he averaged 7.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.2 blocks across 21.9 minutes per contest.
