Jeremy Sochan News: Finds opportunity in New York
Sochan agreed to a one-year deal with the Knicks on Thursday and will officially sign with the team upon clearing waivers, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
The Spurs waived Sochan on Wednesday, after the 2022 first-round draft pick had fallen out of the rotation during the final season of his rookie deal. Sochan's lack of offensive game held him back in San Antonio, but he's a versatile defender who could carve out a role with the second unit in New York.
