Will Richard Injury: Sitting out Wednesday
Richard (knee) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Spurs, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Richard will miss his first game since Dec. 18 due to a knee injury. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said Wednesday that the team is playing it safe with their rookie guard, and the expectation is that Richard's knee injury won't linger. Richard's next chance to play will come Feb. 19 against Boston.
