2025 Fantasy Outlook
Larsson has an all-around skill set that should be intriguing for fantasy purposes. However, the second-round pick proved to be an inefficient scorer as a rookie. He showed improvements during Summer League, but his role in Year 2 remains unclear. With the Jimmy Butler era over, Miami will be looking for a new identity in 2025-26. Tyler Herro, Bam Adebayo, Kel'el Ware and Andrew Wiggins all return to starting roles, while newcomer Norman Powell will likely take the fifth spot. That leaves Larsson to compete for playing time with Terry Rozier, Davion Mitchell, Kasparas Jakucionis, Jaime Jaquez, Simone Fontecchio and Keshad Johnson. While Larsson has potential, the Heat may not prioritize developmental minutes until later in the season. However, he may begin the season as part of the Opening Night rotation, considering Herro is unlikely to be available until around mid-November due to offseason foot surgery. Larsson still doesn't need to be drafted, but fantasy managers should monitor him early on and throughout the campaign. Read Past Outlooks
Keeps producing
Larsson provided 10 points (3-7 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 24 minutes during Tuesday's 150-129 victory over Washington.
ANALYSIS
Larsson scored in double digits for the fourth consecutive outing and has achieved this mark in eight of his 10 appearances since the All-Star break. The second-year forward seems to have entrenched himself into a starting role, and he's been making the most of the uptick in playing time he's enjoyed of late whenever Tyler Herro (quadriceps) and/or Norman Powell (groin) have been sidelined. Larsson is averaging 11.1 points per game in his previous 10 contests.

Continues to impress
Larsson has made a strong impression on coach Erik Spoelstra, Ira Winderman of The South Florida Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
"He's owned these minutes," Spoelstra said. "He makes you play him, because he does so many of the intangible things. He really elevates the units that he plays in, just with energy, his toughness, winning plays, all that." Larsson has won a starting spot in Miami, producing averages of 12.1 points, 3.6 assists and 3.4 rebounds in an eight-game sample size. During that stretch, he also shot an uber-efficient 58.1 percent from the field.
