The 2025 offseason saw Cassia change Power Conference teams from Butler to Mississippi. It can be argued that the junior moved to be a better P5 team, so him not being a regular starter should remain relatively unsurpising. Should the Rebels need starting experience, Cassia has it, having logged eight starts with Butler before a leg injury took him out early. For him, the problem is how much playing time factors. None of Cassia's eight starts saw him log over 20 minutes, thereby significantly capping his statistical upside.
