February has been a rough month for Oden, not on the Mountain West availability report Wednesday, whose last three games have seen him log 11 minutes or less and shoot 28.6 percent from the field. As said by Chris Spiering of EastVillageTimes.com, there have been reports to drop the senior despite his senior status and experience, and San Diego State's latest game indicates said demotion has been executed. With their highly impressive win over Utah State, it would not be surprising if they continue to roll out without much of Oden, or if they sporadically use him on a limited basis moving forward.
