Streveler entered the Blue Bombers' 41-20 loss to the Stampeders in Week 7 with 5:16 remaining in the second quarter for an injured Zach Collaros (head), and he completed 16 of 25 passes for 136 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions while adding seven rushes for 29 yards.
ANALYSIS
Streveler and Collaros threw a pair of picks apiece, so both veteran quarterbacks ran into an opportunistic defense. Streveler was serviceable but averaged only 5.4 yards per attempt, and one of his interceptions was returned for a touchdown by Damon Webb early in the fourth quarter. Streveler also hit Kody Case for an eight-yard scoring pass with 53 seconds remaining to make the score slightly less lopsided, and if he's called on to step in for Collaros in a Week 8 road matchup against the Argonauts on Saturday night, he should be better prepared with a full week of practice under his belt.
