Meyers secured all seven targets for 132 yards and two touchdowns in the Roughriders' 33-27 win over the Lions on Saturday night. He also returned one punt for six yards.
ANALYSIS
Meyers had already flashed on a couple of occasions prior to Saturday night, as he'd recorded what was at the time a season-high six catches in Week 6 against the Stampeders and had also provided a then season-best 125 yards and two touchdowns versus the Argonauts in Week 3. However, the Delta State product one-upped himself in both categories Saturday, and he added another pair of scores on 38- and 25-yard grabs in the first and third quarters, respectively. Meyers has been highly efficient as well with a 28 receptions on 36 targets through six games, giving him ample fantasy appeal in all formats heading into a very favorable Week 8 home matchup against the Elks on Friday night.
