ANALYSIS
With the Lions down by a 23-11 margin by halftime, Butler saw exponentially fewer opportunities on the ground than during a Week 6 win over the Elks where he'd carried 29 times. The veteran back's numbers therefore saw a significant downturn, but Butler continued to remain a key part of the passing game as the Lions turned to the air heavily in the second half. Butler will look to get back to more of a normal workload in a Week 8 home matchup against the Tiger-Cats next Sunday night.
