Alberto Mendoza News: Commits to Georgia Tech

Mendoza has committed to Georgia Tech, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Mendoza entered the portal after winning the National Championship with Indiana, backing up his brother Fernando Mendoza. With the Hoosiers bringing in Josh Hoover to start in 2026, Alberto looked for a starting spot elsewhere, and he has seemingly found that with Georgia Tech. Mendoza completed 18 of his 24 passes for 286 yards and a 5:1 TD:INT while rushing for 190 yards and a score on the ground.
