Braden Atkinson News: Signs with Beavers

Atkinson had a highly productive freshman season at FCS Mercer. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound gunslinger tossed for 3,611 yards, 34 touchdowns and 11 interceptions on 65.8 percent completion. After a prolific first season of college ball, Atkinson will now take a step up in competition to the FBS level, where he'll look to compete for the starting quarterback gig in Corvallis.
