Bryson Canty Injury: Dealing with leg injury
Canty (leg) is dealing with a leg injury as Kansas opens its fall camp, per Michael Swain.
Canty is a highly experienced wideout at the Ivy League level, a transfer from Columbia who posted 43 catches for 760 yards and nine touchdowns last season. His leg ailment is only expected to slow him down for another week or so, and head coach Lance Leipold reportedly doesn't expect his availability for the regular season to be impacted. Still, as a projected top target in the Jayhawks' offense, his status will be worth monitoring as Kansas nears its Week 0 clash with Fresno State.
