Frakes will enter the NCAA's transfer portal, Jacquie Franciulli of 247Sports.com reports.

Frakes never completed a carry or threw a pass during his time with Virginia's 2024 team. After back-to-back seasons with FBS inaction, he will look for another school for his 2025 season.
