Pederson is transferring to Washington State, per Greg Woods of The Spokane Spokesman-Review.

Pederson served as backup tight end at UCLA during the 2025 campaign, catching 11 passes for 72 yards across eight games played. He will have one year of eligibility remaining for the Cougars.
