Billingsley is transferring to Liberty, Jon Manson of A Sea of Red reports.

Billingsley joins Tyler Black (Wake Forest) as transferring kickers looking to make a name for themselves at Liberty. In the former's case, he is transferring from Gardner-Webb, whose 2024 season includes his 11 field goals (on 19 attempts) and 35 extra points made.
