Jordan Owens News: Back in portal

Owens is back in the NCAA's transfer portal, according to his announcement Wednesday.

Owens will not enroll at Oklahoma State, where he committed back in December. Taking into account his previous commitment to an FBS team, he may still consider a divisional jump to another college.
