Mason Shipley News: In transfer portal

Shipley is in the NCAA's transfer portal, according to his announcement Thursday.

Shipley is a 6-foot, 185-pound kicker with two years of collegiate eligibility remaining. The other two saw him establish himself as an excellent plackicker for Texas State, so he is expected to garner significant interest.
