Sam Carpenter News: Finds new home

Carpenter is transferring to Sam Houston State, Sports of SHSU reports.

Carpenter is coming in after spending the last three seasons at Pittsburgh, where he was primarily used as a kickoff specialist. He went 1-for-3 on field goals and 6-for-6 on extra-point attempts in 2025. He'll have two years of eligibility remaining.
