Hart has entered the NCAA's transfer portal, On3.com reports.

On Thursday, 247Sports announced that Hart is no longer with Colorado's football program, so it makes sense why he is in the NCAA's transfer portal just a few days later. Ideally for him, his next location offers him more opportunities than just the two targets he got in 2024.
