Blake has entered the NCAA's transfer portal, Alejandro Zuniga of 247Sports reports.

Blake is one of several Michigan players to enter the NCAA's transfer portal once it re-opened Wednesday. While part of the Wolverines, the freshman kicker never logged a counting stat.
