The only positive for Lindsey and the Golden Gophers is that the game was only 60 minutes. The 6-foot-5 quarterback had a diastrous outing against a stout Iowa defense, throwing for 109 yards and three interceptions while completing 57 percent of his passes. Lindsey was also sacked four times on the day, resulting in -29 rushing yards credited to his name. Better days are ahead for Lindsey, starting with a home matchup against a vulnerable Michigan State defense.
