Waylee likely has one season of eligibility remaining, and it could be his best, especially after a superb first season with Wyoming last year after transferring from Northern Illinois. The 5-foot-10 running back has two straight seasons around the 900 rushing yards mark, and he even elevated his output despite a competition improvement with the Cowboys. His one issue since the beginning of his collegiate career is finding the endzone. He hasn't topped five rushing touchdowns in any of his four collegiate campaigns, and Waylee has also missed a combined four regular-season contests in the last two years.
