Whatley got Saturday's game off to a rocking start, catching two touchdown passes within the first eight minutes of the contest, receptions of 31 and 85 yards. Those catches were enough to give him a great performance, but he added an extra three catches for another 52 yards for good measure. The Chattanooga transfer had a more modest performance in Week 1 but was still involved, so there is hope that he can be one of Noah Fifita's favorite targets throughout the season.
