ANALYSIS
Alonso reached Q3 for the third consecutive race weekend but was finally able to convert his strong starting position into points. Still, it wasn't the cleanest race for Alonso as he went off the track and into a gravel trap early in the race. Nevertheless, he managed to fight back up the field and come out on the better end of a battle with Liam Lawson to secure his first points finish of the year. Alonso finished 10th on the road but was promoted one position due to Max Verstappen's penalty.
