Simon (concussion) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Simon had to miss the team's Week 2 game after suffering the concussion in Week 1. Simon returned to practice in a limited capacity Wednesday before upgrading to full participation Thursday. The rookie logged 10 special-teams snaps in Week 1, making one solo tackle.
