Jadarian Price News: Declaring for NFL Draft
Price announced Wednesday that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Notre Dame to enter the 2026 NFL Draft, Jordan Reid of ESPN.com reports.
Price will move on to the professional ranks after four seasons at Notre Dame. Though he had the option of playing another year of college football after taking a redshirt in 2022, Price will bypass the opportunity to potentially replace the departing Jeremiyah Love as the Fighting Irish's lead back and will instead look to carve out a path in the NFL. Even while Love led the Notre Dame rushing attack over the past two seasons, Price shined in a complementary role, racking up 1,420 yards on 233 carries (6.1 average) while accounting for 20 total touchdowns in 28 games. He also made a splash on special teams, bringing back three of his 22 kickoff returns for scores.
