Patrick Jones Injury: Ruled out for Week 3

Jones (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Jones logged a trio of DNPs in practice this week and will miss Sunday's divisional matchup after logging 89 percent of the defensive snaps in the Panthers' Week 2 loss to the Cardinals. Nic Scourton, DJ Johnson and Princely Umanmielen appear to be next up at edge rusher for Carolina opposite D.J. Wonnum.
