Jewell has emerged as a capable linebacker in any role asked of him, but he also doesn't stand out as elite in any specific way either. That's good enough for him to have topped 100 tackles in each of his last three full seasons, and he's also chipped in a combined 5.5 sacks and seven passes defensed across the last two campaigns combined. His production is relatively stable, though there may be some slight upside now that he's reunited with defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero in Carolina, who was in the same position with the Broncos in 2022-- Jewell's most productive season.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Unlikely to remain with Broncos
Jewell is unlikely to re-sign with the Broncos in 2024, according to Jeff Legwold of ESPN.
ANALYSIS
Russell Wilson's mega deal will leave the Broncos cap-strapped in 2024, regardless of whether the underperforming quarterback is released. General manager George Paton has said Denver is likely to sit out the first wave of free agency, which will make it difficult to re-sign top free agents such as Jewell, who has reached the 100-tackle threshold in three of the past four seasons. The 29-year-old linebacker would likely have to take less than his market value to re-sign with the Broncos.
