Kelly has been a longtime plus-starter for the Colts since being selected in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, and he now takes his talents at center to Minnesota. A neck injury and knee scope limited Kelly to just 10 starts with Indy last season, but the 32-year-old begins his Vikings tenure at full health. He represents an upgrade at C over Garrett Bradbury for new starting quarterback J.J. McCarthy.
Kelly will again be the Colts' starting center after playing in and starting 16 games in the 2022 season.

Could stay in division
CIndianapolis Colts
January 21, 2025
The Texans could be interested in Kelly if he doesn't re-sign with the Colts this offseason, Ben Solak of ESPN suggests.
ANALYSIS
Kelly is a pending free agent and has stated his preference to remain with the Colts. However, the veteran center could be out of the team's price range, in which case he will be a coveted option on the open market. The Texans suffered a number of injuries that hurt their offensive line play in 2024, something the team will likely address this offseason.
