2026 Fantasy Outlook
Moore's maiden win at Innisbrook in 2023 secured his card through 2025, which he failed to secure after a disappointing season that saw him unable to record a top-10 post-February with more missed cuts than made ones in the fall. The four-year Tour pro's decline was largely due to losing accuracy (115th) and faltering iron play, ranking a lowly 147th in SG: Approach. Interestingly, Moore posted a top-20 in three of the last five majors he's played in, but it could be awhile before he makes his way back as he'll have to begin 2026 on the Korn Ferry Tour. Share of second at Cognizant
Moore fired a three-under 68 during the final round of the Cognizant Classic to finish tied with Shane Lowry and Austin Smotherman for second, two strokes back of winner Nico Echavarria.
ANALYSIS
Moore posted four-under 67 scores in each of the first three rounds of the tournament, and that consistency was enough for him to grab his first top-5 finish at a Tour event since his T2 at the Texas Children's Houston Open in March of 2024. He ranked near the bottom of the field in driving accuracy and GIR, but Moore was the tournament leader in SG: Around-the-Green (gaining 6.34 strokes in that category) and ranked in the top-10 in SG: Putting, scrambling and birdies made. Moore will tee off at the Arnold Palmer Invitational next week, where he's made the cut in each of his three outings (but has finished T39 or worse).

2022
Moore followed up a very solid rookie season in 2023 with an even better season in 2024. During that season he picked up his first win and over $5 million in earnings. Considering he was entering just his third season on the PGA Tour this past season, it wasn't much of a surprise that he took a step back. It's rare that a young golfer can back up a $5 million season with an even better season, so there's no reason to be down on Moore entering his 4th season. If anything, his setback might serve him well this season as he'll has something to prove this year. Moore decided to play seven less tournaments this past year vs. the previous year, which might have had something to do with winning the previous year, but expect him to find that hunger again this season and post better numbers this year.
