2026 Fantasy Outlook
Perez put together a solid season on the PGA Tour that included eight top-25 finishes. The big news for Perez is that instead of returning for another season on the PGA Tour he has signed a deal with join Cleeks GC for the 2026 LIV Golf season. The Frenchman played in the PGA Championship (MC) and the U.S. Open (T19) last season. Perez is not currently exempt for any majors in 2026 and will have to battle to qualify for them. Struggles in LIV Golf debut
February 8, 2026
Perez had a four-under cumulative score at LIV Golf Riyadh to finish 54th.
ANALYSIS
Perez was one of 10 players making their LIV Golf debut in Riyadh, though the Frenchman struggled under the lights to finish near the bottom of the leaderboard. He did finish the tournament nicely with a four-under 68 final round that included three consecutive birdies from holes eight to 10. Perez finished T10 in driving accuracy, 14th in driving distance and T18 in putts per hole, though he ranked near the bottom of the field in GIR and birdies made. The newest addition to Cleeks GC is in the field next week for LIV Golf Adelaide.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
After years of dipping in and out, Perez finally played on the PGA Tour full-time this past season and for the most part, the season was a success. After missing his first three cuts of the season, Perez found some consistency and even found some upside when he finished T3 at the RBC Canadian Open. With a year on the PGA Tour under his belt, expect Perez to improve in most facets of the game and show a solid improvement on the bottom line. Perez could be a surprisingly good salary cap play this season.
The highlight of Perez's 2023 season was his Rolex Series win at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship in January. He went through a bit of a funk early in the fall with four straight missed cuts but finished strong with top-10s in two of his last three starts. Perez also scored a T12 finish at the PGA Championship to show he can compete with the best in the world. The Frenchman is a solid iron player and putter which will play anywhere. There is sure to be some growing pains with a full PGA Tour season, but he's a good enough player to contend for a playoff spot.
