Bean (rest) will not play in the season finale versus Los Angeles on Thursday, according to Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan.

Bean had two goals and five assists in 64 games this season, and he was pointless in his last 28 contests. Bean has one year remaining on his contract and should be a third-unit defenseman next season.
