Pierre Engvall Injury: Lands on long-term IR

Engvall (ankle) was placed on long-term injured reserve Thursday.

Engvall was already expected to miss the rest of the 2025-26 campaign, so his designation for long-term injured reserve shouldn't come as a surprise. Assuming the winger won't be an option for a potential playoff run, the Isles can get the full $3 million in cap savings from Engvall's cap hit.
