Waltteri Ignatjew News: Heading to SHL

Ignatjew signed a two-year contract with Linkoping HC of the SHL in May.

Ignatjew made 28 regular-season appearances for AHL Calgary during the 2024-25 campaign and went 14-9-2 with a 3.26 GAA and an .892 save percentage. However, the Flames opted against giving him a qualifying offer earlier in the offseason, and he'll attempt to continue his development in the SHL.
