Lukas Reichel

Reichel spent his first season fully in the NHL in 2024-25, playing 70 games with eight goals and 14 assists. The 23-year-old displayed immense potential when he scored seven goals in 23 games in his age-20 season, but the German forward has scored just 13 times in the 135 games since then. There are concerns going forward, as he finished the season on the fourth line and averaged just 11:55 of ice time, the lowest in his four seasons. With Reichel able to devote a full offseason of training back at his natural wing position after a brief experiment at center, combined with the fact that he will likely still see some time on the team’s power play, it gives him some upside if he can unlock his potential.
