Walker's tally was the first of the third period and helped spark a late comeback effort that ultimately fell short. While St. Louis still lost, his goal off a feed from linemate Oskar Sundqvist is noteworthy because the latter was making his season debut after missing six straight games due to a lower-body injury. If Walker, who already has three points through seven games, can continue to find ways to score with the fourth line back at full strength, his outlook in deep leagues formatted to value banger stats is much brighter. A high-motor player from Australia, Walker has always been efficient with his stints in the NHL, leading to seven goals and six assists across 45 games last year despite playing almost exclusively on the fourth line. The Blues are top-heavy on offense, meaning he's not expected to see a rise in playing time. His fantasy prospects are limited as a result.
