Shakir Mukhamadullin

With a lack of more established options, Mukhamadullin may find himself on the Sharks' top power-play unit in 2025-26, though John Klingberg and Timothy Liljegren could challenge him for that role. Mukhamadullin got some chances with the man advantage last year, earning nine points, including a pair of power-play assists, in 30 games before shoulder surgery cut his campaign short. Mukhamadullin is just 23 years old, so there's room for him to grow with a team that is still trying to put all the pieces together. He probably isn't the long-term solution on the power play, but he could be an effective stopgap option until Sam Dickinson arrives in the NHL or another player asserts himself as a prime playmaker from the point.
