Lisboa lost to Melissa Croden via TKO (punches) at 4:32 of Round 3 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Vancouver.
ANALYSIS
It was a tale of two fights for Lisboa, who entered as a slight -125 favorite over the debuting Croden. She managed to hang tough on the feet for a round-plus before her gas tank quickly hit empty. To make matters worse, Croden made plenty of rookie mistakes inside the Octagon, but the Brazilian simply didn't have the energy to take advantage. She was finally put away with 28 seconds remaining. The 34-year-old Lisboa has now lost back-to-back fights via stoppage and figures to need a win her next time out in order to avoid a release.

Lisboa lost to Luana Santos via submission (keylock) at 4:59 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Lisboa entered with a perfect 2-0 mark with the UFC, but she hadn't fought since October 2023 and both her victories came against lower-level competition. She got back in there against Santos and was unable to remain upright. Lisboa gave up one takedown in each round and spent 7:57 of the fight on her back. She tapped out with a second remaining in Round 2, although she was well on her way to losing a decision even if she was able to hang around. Now 34 years of age, all the time away may end up being too much for the Brazilian to overcome.

Lisboa is scheduled to compete against Luana Santos in a bantamweight fight at UFC Vegas 106 on May 17, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
UFC Vegas 106 is expected to mark Lisboa's first fight since 2023. The 33-year-old sat out 2024 despite an excellent 2023 that saw her soundly defeat Jessica-Rose Clark and Ravena Oliveira. For her next fight, Lisboa takes on someone more recently active but coming off a loss.

Lisboa defeated Ravena Oliveira via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
It was a clear cut victory for Lisboa, but she had to work considerably harder against Oliveira than in her submission win over Jessica-Rose Clark in her UFC debut this past May. Tainara started strong, overwhelming Oliveira with both her striking and grappling over the course of the first ten minutes, but she tired in Round 3 and dropped the frame on all three scorecards. It didn't end up mattering, but the Brazilian will have to work on keeping that same high-end pace for 15 minutes if she hopes to have continued success moving forward.

ANALYSIS
Lisboa will match up against Ravena Oliveira at UFC Vegas 81 after Dariya Zheleznyakova withdrew due to undisclosed reasons. The 32-year-old fighter won her UFC debut against Jessica-Rose Clark in May, and she will look to stay undefeated during her second fight with the promotion.
