Fredrik Oppegard News: Shown red card

Oppegard was shown a red card in the 64th minute of Sunday's match against Toulouse.

Oppegard will be heading to the sidelines for at least a match, with the defender receiving a straight red card after a foul in the second half. This will suspend him for at least their next match against PSG on Sept. 27, possibly returning against Lens on Oct. 4 if his suspension remains one game. The club will likely call back Giedon Mensah to the left-back spot and have Telli Siwe fill the absent spot in the defense while Oppeagrd is out, as he has started in their past two games.
