Henry Martin Injury: Nearing return

Martin (leg) "is now very close to being able to make every effort" in training sessions, according to manager Andre Jardine, Leon Lecanda of ESPN reported Sunday.

Martin has been sidelined for practically the entire 2025/26 season as he continues to relapse into injuries, so it remains to be seen whether he'll finally stay fit for the remainder of the campaign. While he could initially be used as a backup for Rodrigo Aguirre, Jose Raul Zuniga or Victor Davila, the former Mexican international would be a greater offensive threat than the latest versions of all those players if he reaches his best form.
