Samuels-Smith has completed a permanent transfer to Strasbourg from Chelsea, according to his former club.

Samuels-Smith will depart Chelsea this offseason to join their sister club on a permanent deal, heading to France with Strasbourg. He had yet to feature for Chelsea, so this seems to be a good move for both sides. He will now hope to see the same development many players have seen after joining Strasbourg, with the 19-year-old having plenty of time to break into the team.
