Mattia Felici Injury: Suffers massive knee injury

Felici underwent reconstructive surgery after tearing his left ACL and a meniscus during a recent Coppa Italia game, Cagliari announced.

Felici came off the bench against Napoli and somehow managed to finish the match and even take a PK despite the issue. He'll miss most of the season. He has been mostly a spark plug off the bench, appearing 11 times (four starts), scoring twice and assisting once. Zito Luvumbo, Riyad Idrissi and Alessandro Di Pardo will soak up his minutes behind the starters.
