Rouvroy lost to Jessika Ponchet in the round of 32 of the Open de Rouen with a score of 6-2, 6-4 on Tuesday.

Rouvroy had a difficult outing on her return from an injury. The 24-year-old, who retired from the round of 32 of the WTA 125 earlier this month, committed seven double faults in the match, five more than her opponent. She won just 51 percent points on first serve, considerably lower than her opponent, who managed to win 77 percent points on first serve.
